SHIPPING POLICY 

FULL SIZE CAKES CANNOT BE SHIPPED. ONLY LOAF CAKES CAN BE SHIPPED. 

Orders are processed 1 to 3 days after an order is placed, depending on items ordered and amount ordered. Orders average 1 to 3 business days for Priority Mail delivery. Lady D's Treats is not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking number will be sent via e-mail. Shipping is available within the United States. There is a limited menu for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Out of state orders are only shipped Monday through Thursday to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery. 

 

Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, no returns will be accepted. No cancellations are accepted. In the event of a lost or damaged package, a replacement order might be provided. Proof of loss is required. Claims should be put in no later than 24 hours after delivery. Only one replacement will be given per order. (If above criteria is met) Lady D's Treats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lady D's Treats is not responsible for carrier delays or damage caused by carrier. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by customers. Refunds will only be provided if Lady D's Treats is at fault for loss/damage or is unable to fulfill the order.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Delivery is subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, deliveries may be rescheduled or shipped at no additional cost. If customer will be unavailable at their scheduled delivery date/time, at least 24 hours notice should be given. If a delivery is attempted and unable to be completed, ONE additional delivery attempt may be made at COST TO CUSTOMER.
